Your work REMOTE. You like to work from home or travel anytime you desire. We like to travel. One of our sales team members is in Ireland after just going to Aruba and Vegas. Others are in Germany traveling the globe. We love traveling while still working very hard.  
If you are a rockstar, you will be setting meetings your first week. If you are good you will graduate to actually selling our Enterprise platform even as early as 15 days after you start but you first need to prove yourself.  
  
Our expectation is that you hold at least one webinar a day.
 
We like problem solvers who get the job done.  We’ll give guidance, but we won’t hold your hand. 

Your core responsibilities include: 

  • Make Sales – sounds obvious but we have 1000’s of new customers that are hungry for our products & training joining us every month. Often existing customers are unaware of the depth and scope of all the various products we have created that could solve their business needs.  
  • Create digital training courses to sell, on the job training will be given but being pro-active in this area is essential.
  • Providing value to the community through FB (Facebook) lives, Webinars & Email marketing is vitally important. (If you’re shy or not willing to be front of house, then don’t expect the large returns.)
  • Booking and running sales presentations and webinars with other companies in the digital marketing space. 
  • Calling (inside sales) through our existing database of prospects (over 40,000 people who have all bought software from us or our sister companies) selling them on our High-ticket five-figure Enterprise Partner Program.   
  • Collaborating with other sales team members to help the company as a whole succeed (we don’t tolerate petty sale team drama). 
  
Our technology is cutting edge with a team of full-time engineers constantly improving the platforms. We have many innovative solutions in the video marketing space & social media space. We develop software that you can sell but more importantly converts….
Technical skills (outside of the basics — Office, email, etc.) although great are by no means required. Our most successful lead had zero skills before he started.

P.Q.O stands for prolific quality output. It has to do with productivity and how you can use this technique to get more done & get results.

Think of a goal you have personally or professionally. In order to achieve that goal, you have to focus on the fundamental, basic things that help you to achieve it. That help to make you great in that specific area and reach fulfillment by hitting your goal.

PQO is doing the basic, moving needle things in life or business on the daily that over a sustained period of time, deliver you results or greatness in a specific, desired area.

There’s a quote that says, “if you aim at nothing, you will hit it every time.” The world’s highest performers, the most successful people in life or business, know where they are heading. They have a direction for their life and intentionally know what their goals are.

PQO is focusing on the most productive outputs, the most productive and intentional actions you can take each day that get you closer to your goal. It’s not about overnight success, it’s about sustained success. PQO helps us to find out who wants it bad enough. Who is willing to do the basic, mundane, almost boring work every day to get a desired result over time?

Think of the American basketball player Michael Jordan. He did not become a professional overnight. He obviously first had to go outside to a basketball court and learn to shoot hoops from the right side of the court, the left, close up and far back.

Defining the future of DropMock: What I learned from my recent trip to Manila

To say that the last week has been one of the most exciting and productive weeks I’ve ever had since I began working online is a bit of an understatement. I’ve just traveled over 6000 miles to meet my team in Manila – 6662 to be exact – in order to get a clearer picture of the future of DropMock.

Taking DropMock to the next level

During my visit to Manila, not only did I get the chance to meet the talented individuals who’ve helped me to take DropMock to the next level, but I’ve now got a much clearer picture of exactly where I want to take it.

Meeting these people also confirmed for me that having the team altogether in one office, rather than working remotely, has been the right decision for my business. Being able to plan the next year of DropMock development is definitely so much easier in person.

Plus, having all the designers, photographers, videographers and support staff altogether in one place means that we can speed up the company growth ten times faster than we would be able to do if they were working independently.

 

So what came out of the DropMock Development meeting?

Well, let’s just say it’s mind boggling! Prepare to be amazed by what you’re going to be able to do with the platform. I’m not going to share our plans just yet but  … WATCH THIS SPACE!

 

Guest speaker at DigiStrats Mastermind Event

In addition to meeting the team in person, I was also invited to speak at the 3-day DigiStrats Mastermind Event about how to ‘create, acquire and sell 6-figure and 7-figure online ventures’. Being involved in such an event really opened my eyes to just how many people are moving into the online business market. What’s more, getting to share a stage with such amazingly talented and passionate people was not just fun but a privilege.

My first ever DropMock Facebook Livestream

As I develop my online business I’m learning all kinds of new skills, including hosting my first-ever Facebook Livestream.

Now to say it was perfect would be a total lie …..

we had connection issues …

we lost sound …

and I had to finish the stream early when one of my team indicated I needed to wrap it immediately as there was a problem in the office that required my urgent attention.

Did all this put me off? Not at all!

There’s rarely, if ever, been a time when I’ve done something perfectly at the first attempt, but what I do know is that I’ll keep on doing what I’m doing until I get pretty damn close!

You know the old saying ‘practice makes perfect’ .. so watch out for more Facebook Livestreams coming your way soon.

 

Takeaways from my Manila trip

Looking back on my week – what were my takeaways?

  • While working remotely is great, nothing can make up for being in the same room with your team for collaborating and bouncing ideas off each other.
  • The opportunities for making a lot of money from online business ventures continue to grow, with more and more people becoming involved.
  • If at first you don’t succeed, try and try again … and eventually I’ll be able hold a perfect Facebook Livestream event.

BUT – the best moment of the entire week was when I jumped on another two planes to travel the 6662 miles back home to see the Number 1 team that I do all this for …. my beautiful wife and kids!

MyCatalogue – DropMock’s new added feature

DropMock : New MyCatalogue Feature

MyCatalogue is an added feature in DropMock wherein users can showcase their mocked up images to their customers, would be customers and also to friends and relatives.  The idea is somewhat similar to a printed catalogue that you provide to your customers and they would picked the photos they want. This can be used as well for building an image portfolio or just simply showcasing your photos for personal consumption. Having MyCatalogue can also help you organize your photos that is comparable to an image organizer.

 

What’s good about this new feature is that there is no link whatsoever to DropMock and definitely without any watermark. The URL that will be used will be your own URL so you can claim 100% that the images are entirely your own.

The new feature is very easy to use, in fact it can be done in less than a minute. Simply go to your MyDrive, pick the photos you want, click the eye icon, copy the embed code and then paste on to your WordPress site.

DropMock Update: Buzz Video

Finally our DropMock Buzz Video debuted to YouTube last March 24, 2016. In this two minute video, we have showcased what DropMock is. First part of the video was focused on how DropMock works and the second part was dedicated on how we conceptualize and execute DropMock. This video is making raves at the moment because of its content overlay with a hip and upbeat music.  Here are some positive feedback we received to date:

Behind The Scenes: Plotting Image Coordinates

We have shown you guys a sneak-peak of how we do the image processing. Then we mentioned something about getting the coordinates that our developer needs. If it did not make sense in the previous articles, let us give you a good look and understanding on how it is done and why we do it.

When we shoot a mock up, we fire up the devices with its displays in green screen. Look at the following images.

 

Now the green region tells us where the uploaded image of the users will be placed. In image processing, this makes the job done easier for the graphics artist to replace it with something else.

However, DropMock is developed such that an image has to be precisely put in that specific green region, without the user having to do any extra work. Users don’t even have to be a Photoshop guru for them to use the software.

In order for the program to place the user’s uploaded image where it should be, our graphics team had to manually find for the coordinates and work with image pixels by pixels outlining the area of that specified region.

The coordinates recorded will then be compiled for the developer’s use. It is evident how great our graphics team works hand in hand with the technical department.

The challenge only starts from the items that have plane surface areas. Since we have included mugs and shirts that unavoidably have curves, the developer needed to formulate a program that will automatically fit into the mockups whatever image is uploaded by the user.

We will give you more updates with regards to how things are being done here at DropMock. For now, everyone in the graphics team is going to get busy mapping the coordinates.

DropMock Update: New User Interface

Time and again, we say that there is no room for mediocre design in everything that we do. The way a software looks is just as important as how it functions. What good use will one creative design program be to people who will not appreciate the software’s look and user-friendliness.

 

So it is just right that we give utmost importance to our application’s look and feel.

 

Over the weeks, we went through countless revisions of the color theme that we will use for the whole look of the program. But primarily, we also thought of how the navigation should be like. The user experience not only depends on the theme, but it is also greatly affected by how easy it is to walk around the software and do tasks.

Thanks to our very talented graphics designers that understood what users really need and the comforts that they require whenever using Mockup Editor program.

Moving forward, here in our department, no work is undervalued nor ignored. Every single contribution that each members made is recognized and deemed contributory to every single progress that we make.

We wish to show you the evolution of our program interface. Have a look of these screenshots of what DropMock had looked like for a couple of weeks before we finally arrived at something we all agreed on.

 

 

Notice that there some changes in the placeholders as well. These shall contain, in essence, a description of the resolution that each mockup screen must support. Up to this point we are still making sure that each mockups are properly filled in with correct screen detail.
