How to get real business results

If you want to take your business to the next level, there are two foundational requirements you must follow in order to achieve your desired results.

We tend to overcomplicate the process with irrelevant “fluff” instead of giving our time, energy & focus on the actions that deliver tangible results when done consistently.

You need to have a strong understanding about what’s going to get you to the next level in your business.

Here are the two foundational requirements necessary for sustainable business success.

1.) Your Game Plan

– You cannot win the game by “winging it.”

Successful people plan for success.

When you want to hit next level, you have to clearly know what next level even is!

Too many of us have a vague picture of who we want to become & what we want to achieve.

We think we want a seven figure income, vacations around the world, a fantastic team in place, tons of clients or customers dying to buy from us, amazing opportunities (ex…)

That all sounds pretty dang enticing, but it’s so basic. It’s generic. It doesn’t provide the tangible actions steps that need to be in place for it to actually happen.

You say you want a seven figure income, but do you know what you actually have to DO in order to make that kind of money? You say you want a fantastic team in place, but do you know what you actually have to DO to be in a position to hire & manage your own team? You say you want tons of clients/customers dying to buy, but do you know what you actually have to DO to have people ready to hand their money over?

Let’s say you want to earn¬†$10,000 is your business this month.

Most wannabe entrepreneurs are winging it blindly. They say they want $10,000 this month, but they don’t have the plan in place to get them closer to that result!

For example, how much product do you have to sell or how many clients do you need to book to hit this month’s income goal?

Break it down. That’s the only way you’re going to reach success! You have to know how to play the game.

If you sell hand knit scarfs for $50 each, how many do you need to sell to hit 10,000 this month? (200)
If you offer social media consults for $100, how many prospects do you need to hit 5,000 this month? (50)

So, now you have a practical overview of how much you need to sell or how many bookings are required for you to hit your income goal. This is a good place to start.

Now you know what game you’re playing, but how are you going to win the game? You’ll win aka get these desired results by putting in the daily grind.

2.) Your Daily Grinds

– Too many entrepreneurs know to much & don’t apply enough. Your business changes with consistent, practical action. You’re always told to “take action, go for it, make it happen,” but why don’t you put that tangible advice to work?

If you want to hit $10,000 in your business this month & you’ve determined you’ll have to sell 200 scarfs to make that happen, what work will help you get there?

You can’t just know that you have to sell 200 scarfs and wake up with $10,000 in the bank. There are daily grinds & actionable steps that will be required of you.

And no, the daily grinds are not listening to podcast episodes, watching another training video or commenting on your competitions Instagram post. Do they serve a purpose? Yes, absolutely. But don’t worry about the sidelines when you’re suppose to focus on the game.

You obviously need paying customers or clients to hit your income goal.

Where are you going to find them? How are you going to reach them? What messages are you creating for then? What content do you have ready for them? What offers can you pitch them? Are you ready to serve them with excellence?

Getting real business results isn’t as complicated as it may seem.

When you take the time to strategize & create a solid game plan with daily grinds that set you up for success on the field, you will be taking the best step towards creating a life & business you love.
